By accessing and placing an order with Mario rent d.o.o., Ulica Biskupa Jurja Dubokovića 21, 21450 Hvar, OIB: 69974842812, referred to as the Provider in the remainder of this text, you confirm that you agree with and are bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and the Provider.

Delivery Terms

Service delivery in tourism refers to the supply of the needs of tourists. All these are to make the experience of the tourist a memorable one so as to encourage another visit or multiple visits. The Provider guarantees to provide all travel services purchased by the client on the website www.rentaboathvar.com in agreement with the Terms & Conditions. The Client is obligated to provide any information which is required for the reservation process.

Reservation & Payment

To confirm an online reservation or booking via the web page booking system, a booking deposit or a payment of the full amount is required. Upon making the payment, you will get a confirmation email, with trip details and a mobile voucher. The payment via online reservation or booking system is completed by Credit Card.

Pricing and Content

The prices shown on the website are the official prices for the services, including VAT. Price changes may occur for private tours, only in cases when there are significant modifications to the standard route or area of the tour.

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

ALL cancellations must be in written form, by e-mail.

  • Full refund for last-minute cancellations in case of bad weather.
  • Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before the date of the booked tour, transfer service, or boat rental.
  • 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before the booked tour, transfer service, or boat rental.

Provider Cancellation

The Provider holds the right to modify the route or cancel the trip due to bad weather conditions. The client has the right to reject these modifications and receive a full refund. In case of extreme weather conditions that have unexpectedly occurred on a tour already operating, the Provider holds the right to alternate the route for safety reasons without prior notice.

In case of major changes or cancellations of a specific part of the tour that has not yet started, the Provider will notify the Client before the start of the tour and provide the following options:

  • Client may accept the alternative tour
  • Client may cancel without cancellation fees
  • Client may reschedule the original tour for the next available date.

The time schedule of the tours is approximate and can be adjusted to the current situation and conditions at sea.

Minimum Number of Participants

The Provider holds the right to cancel or reschedule the tour if the minimum number of participants is not met for a group tour.

Personal Information Security

To complete a booking our clients are asked for personal information (name, phone number and e-mail). This information is never shared with a third party and is used only by the Provider for organizational purposes.


The Provider may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

Complaints and Refund Claims

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the services we provide, please contact us within 7 days of the completion of the tour. A refund will be taken into consideration if the tour services are incomplete or performed below standard. The client is entitled to a refund in the amount of the real value of the service that has not been provided.
